 our refund policy: We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. We do not offer refunds for weather-related issues as outlined in our agreement. Unfortunately, we aren’t responsible for any damage from rain, heat, or other elements affecting balloon decorations. If you need touch-ups, we provide that service for $40, based on availability. There may also be additional driving fees if you're over 15 miles away. Once a service is rendered, like face painting or balloon twisting, there's no refund  Please address any issues before your event starts, and we will issue a refund before services are provided
